Everyone in Boston was excited to celebrate the Red Sox’s World Series win at the team victory parade on Wednesday, October 31. But one fan got a little too riled up during the festivities and chucked a full beer at the Red Sox World Series trophy, according to Boston.com. The team confirmed the can damaged the trophy while players were hoisting it up on one of the duck boats. In multiple videos of the incident, you can see the beer knock over some of the gold-plated flags that halo the trophy.
