Cleveland Browns rookie and No.1 overall 2017 NFL Draft pick Myles Garrett is off to a strong start in his career. Despite suffering a foot injury with the Browns during their final minicamp practice, the 6’4”, 272-lb athletic beast is looking as healthy as ever. With training camp opening July 23 for Browns rookies, the defensive end doesn’t seem worried at all that he’ll be there. After being asked about how his foot was feeling by a fan on Twitter, Garrett posted a video of him crushing a huge leg press. It’s hard to tell, but it looks like there’s at least 8-10 plates on each side of the machine, and that’s not even counting the person sitting on top of it. So yeah, it looks like Garrett’s foot is feeling pretty good:

Garrett crushed his 2017 NFL combine workouts, putting up a 4.64-second 40-yard dash, 33 reps on the 225-lb bench press, a 10’8″ broad jump, and a 41″ vertical leap (3″ higher than Odell Beckham’s), and even bench pressed a reporter on his way to being the top pick in the NFL Draft. Garrett has the talent and potential to be one of the best pass rushers in the league, alongside names like Denver Broncos linebacker and Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller, Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly, and Houston Texans stud J.J. Watt. Want to boost your legs workouts? Try these tips, moves, programs, and videos from Men’s Fitness:
