In the CONCACAF Gold Cup quarterfinal matchup on Wednesday night, El Salvador player Henry Romero got a little too close to United States forward Jozy Altidore. It’s a little hard to make out, but it appears that Romero bites the back of Altidore as he sets up for a corner kick:
