Thor: Ragnarok, starring Chris Hemsworth, is already chock-full of badass superheroes and villains battling it out in epic fashion on the big screen. Now we can add one more Marvel character to the mix. This just released international trailer for Thor: Ragnarok, features a new scene between the God of Thunder and Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), so it’s not hard to imagine that the mighty duo could join forces at some point during the latest battle between good and evil. Strange is a welcome addition to the Avengers team who will need all the help they can get in their clash with the poweful forces that threaten to put an end to the Asgardian civilization. Aside from Doctor Strange’s cameo, the international trailer features similar footage from the most recent domestic Thor: Ragnarok trailer. Still, it’s loaded with action and worth the watch. Check it out.
In this Marvel thriller, Thor finds himself imprisoned without the aid of his mighty hammer and must find a way to get back to Asgard to halt the obliteration of his homeworld at the hands of the death-obsessed, Hela. He must first however, do battle with fellow Avenger—the Incredible Hulk. Along with the return of Hemsworth as the God of Thunder, Thor: Ragnarok features Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, Idris Elba as Heimdall, and Sir Anthony Hopkins again portraying Odin. Also among the cast is Tessa Thompson as hero Valkyrie, Jeff Goldblum as the eccentric Grandmaster and, as teased, Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange. Thor: Ragnarok opens in theaters on November 3rd.
