One of the most anticipated fights in years will finally arrive on Saturday night, as boxing star and Ring Magazine middleweight world champion Canelo Alvarez (49-1-1, 34 KOs) takes on WBA/WBC/IBF/IBO middleweight world champion and knockout artist Gennady “GGG” Golovkin (37-0, 33 KOs) at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. During his press tour stop in New York, the 27-year-old—who has only one defeat on his ledger (to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 2013)—spoke with Men’s Fitness about his training for the fight, what motivates him, and that time he worked with Sylvester Stallone in a Tecate commercial. To whet your appetite for the big fight—which is available on HBO pay-per-view—check out some of Alvarez’s greatest hits:

Here’s some footage of the fighter looking focused ahead of what could be the greatest challenge of his career.
