Troy Aikman retired from the NFL following the 2000 season. But if the former Dallas Cowboys star wanted to get back on the field today, he definitely has the physique for it. The 50-year-old football broadcaster was on vacation in Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands, hanging out with his new fiancée, Capa Mooty, and decided to show off his cut summer body. Much like fellow Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre—who showed off his muscular arms and chest at 47 years old—Aikman is in great shape:

Today I took my last stroll through the halls of Valley Ranch, the practice home to the Dallas Cowboys for the past thirty-one years, which included my 12 years with the organization. I’m posting a picture of the weight room because this is the place where the journey began each year. Tireless hours and effort were spent in this space preparing for the physical demands of an NFL season. A place where friendships were forged and champions were made. #timemarcheson A post shared by Troy (@troyaikman) on Aug 2, 2016 at 11:31am PDT
