Hardy trained for months to bulk up and transform his body for the role—something he’s done plenty of times before, including in The Dark Knight Rises and Warrior. He also did fight training with MMA fighters, worked in boxing, and jiu-jitsu, training up to five times per week, sometimes twice per day to prepare to play Venom.
