Bike warm-up 8min w/ 5x20sec pickups
Superset #1 (2 rounds, no rest)
- Sumo Squat with Rotation 4x
- Dead Bug Reach 10x
- Band Walks 40sec
- Bosu Jumps 8x
Superset #2: 3 rounds, increase speed each round. Rest 1 min btw rounds
- Burpee Pull-ups 8x
- Agility Ladder 4x
- Medicine ball side throw against wall 6x each side
