Ingredients
1⁄2 onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1⁄4 cup soy sauce 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 12-oz bottle cola (preferably Mexican Coke) 1⁄2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped 1 lb country-style pork ribs
How to make it
Combine ingredients, except ribs and cilantro, in blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a container large enough to fit ribs. Add ribs and chopped cilantro and marinate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Prepare a grill for medium-high heat. Grill ribs until crispy and caramelized, 5–7 minutes per side, flipping and basting with the marinade frequently. Serve immediately.
