Trader Joe’s Turkey Bolognese sauce (or any alternative brand) 8 to 10 ounces chopped, frozen spinach Fresh, cracked black pepper, to taste Red pepper flakes, to taste

How to make it

In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of pre-made Turkey Bolognese sauce over medium heat. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute frozen spinach. After warmed, drain if needed. Once sauce comes to a boil, place spinach on a plate and top with sauce. Gently toss to combine.
Add fresh cracked black pepper and red pepper flakes if desired for heat.
