How to make it

 In a food processor or powerful blender, add all the ingredients and blend very well. Remove from blender/food processor and form into 4 even-sized patties. Coat a grill pan with oil on medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook 3-5 minutes, until golden brown/slightly charred before flipping and repeating until fully cooked.
