How to make it

Remove peel and all pith from the mandarins using a sharp knife. Wash the fresh kale, celery, and Granny Smith apples. Process the mandarins, fresh kale, celery, and Granny Smith apples through a juicer into a container. Combine juices in a pitcher and serve well-chilled or over ice.
