8 to 10 ounces frozen Chinese-style stir-fry vegetable blend 1 chicken breast Olive oil Salt and pepper to taste (and any other sauces or spices you have in your pantry, if you want)

How to make it

Drizzle some olive oil on a skillet or grill pan and grill chicken breast until cooked through on both sides. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before dicing. While chicken is standing, sauté blend of frozen vegetables until cooked. Add chicken back to pan and mix together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
