Ingredients

1 1/3 cup dried brown rice 1-2 tsp Old Bay seasoning 1-2 tsp Cajun seasoning Salt, to taste 1 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup water 1 tsp bouillon base (or 1 bouillon cube) 1 1/2 cups diced onions and bell peppers 1 lb shrimp, any size, peeled and deveined 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

How to make it

Cook rice according to package instructions, and add Old Bay and Cajun seasonings to prepared rice. For a milder version, only use 1 tsp of each of the seasonings.
