This killer cocktail doesn’t just pack a punch in terms of flavor. Thanks to wasabi powder, it also provides a serious health boost. Wasabi is known to reduce blood pressure, improve bone strength and liver function, and kill cancer cells. It also goes perfectly with a serving of pork and scallop dumplings. Recipes by Chef James Briscione and Anthony Caporale of the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.
