The Nose route on El Capitan at Yosemite National Park is one of the most challenging climbs out there. For 10-year-old Selah Schneiter, it was just part of her summer vacation. By climbing El Capitan, Schneiter became the youngest person to climb the 3,000-foot Nose route, according to CNN. Earlier this week, it was announced that Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is scheduled to reopen this Saturday, Sept. 22. And, according to Hawaii News Now, the reopening happens to coincide with National Public Lands Day, which means admission will be free. Since early May, the parks have been closed due to seismic and volcanic activity at Kilauea. The activity has damaged homes, created a small island offshore, and caused much of the area to close....
