Recipe How To Make Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Two interesting facts about pizza: It doesn’t have to kill your abs, and it freezes surprisingly well. This buffalo chicken pizza is a prime example. Once each pie is cooked and cooled, simply wrap each in foil, place in a large zip-top bag, and freeze. When you’re ready to eat, simply defrost in the microwave 1-2 minutes, then broil on low in the oven until the edges are crisp again. It’s easier than delivery, and so much better for you....

Sea Kayaking Croatia Touring The Adriatic S Northern Dalmation Islands

The Cold War cannons are long gone, though their tunnels remain—a network of catacombs bored deep into a limestone hillside on the Croatian island of Molat. They were positioned to blast intruders, likely Italian, from entering Yugoslavian waters in the northern Dalmatian Islands of the Adriatic Sea. The passage they’re guarding along the 250-mile, 1,000-island chain — one we’d soon be paddling across — is one of only a few big enough for ships to pass through; defend it and they could protect the mainland city of Zadar....

Skiing Is Better Without Performance Trackers

I was visiting Alta last summer, where I’d spent the previous winter living, when I decided to hike up towards Devil’s Castle. I pitched a tent high on the teetering limestone house of cards—normally hidden from me under 500 inches of dry Wasatch snow. In the morning, I got up early to catch the sunrise emblazon the peaks in molten gold light. My serenity was abruptly halted by a party of two burning up the talus field in running vests, dragging along two-gallon water jugs....
