In college at NC State, Samuels helped the team pull out wins in a number of games, including in the Independence Bowl in 2016, where he had three touchdowns. Samuels’ combination of speed, size, and strength makes him a very tough player to tackle, and he’s looking to prove it on the highest level now in the NFL.
