1½ pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard ½ Tbsp dried dill ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper

How to make it

Combine all ingredients in a gallon-sized food-storage bag or a sealed container. Coat the chicken completely with the marinade ingredients, seal up bag or container, and keep in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium high and add chicken to grill.
