1/2 oz absinthe 2 oz Mezcal Miel de Tierra Joven 1 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram 2 dashes angostura bitters 1 rosemary sprig

How to make it

Pour absinthe into a rocks glass. Swirl to coat, then pour out. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add mezcal, Dram, and bitters. Shake, and strain into the glass. Add ice. Light rosemary with a lighter until smoking, and place it in the glass. Serve immediately.
