1 oz Bladnoch Adela 15 Year Scotch - Lowland Single Malt 1 oz Contratto Rosso Vermouth .5 oz Calvados Dash of Peychaud’s Bitters Orange Peel
How to make it
Stir scotch, vermouth, Calvados, bitters over ice. Strain and serve on large rocks cube. Flame orange over top. To ace that last step, hold a lighter 3 inches over the glass, squeeze orange peel a few inches above the lighter. When the zest and juice catch the flame, turn off the lighter immediately.
