Starting in March, snacking on a Nature Valley granola bar — delicious crumbs and all — means you’ll be helping give back to our national parks. The company has teamed up with the National Park Foundation and pledged up to $3 million over three years indonations supporting America’s National Park System, according to a statement.

As for how you can contribute, granola bar and public lands enthusiasts can buy boxes of six of Nature Valley Oats & Honey bars between March 1 and May 15 to have 10 cents of each purchase added to the $3 million. The brand will honor this up to $750,000. That’s a lot of bars. “One of the things that unites the people that we serve is their love of spending time in nature and we feel like now more than ever the national parks need their supporters to step up and take a more active role in preserving them for generations to come,” said Angela Rassi, Nature Valley’s director of marketing, in a press release. Nature Valley has also started a new ad campaign called “Give Back,” where hiking folks give testimonials focused on nature and the national parks. So while you wait to start stocking up on some bars, you can watch the video below.
