Chris Pine is ready for revenge as Robert the Bruce in the newly released trailer for the Netflix original film Outlaw King. Donning a thick Scottish accent and an even thicker beard, Pine’s character rallies an army to stand behind him in their fight for freedom. The streaming service taps Scottish director David Mackenzie for this historical drama, who previously worked with Pine on Oscar-nominated Hell or High Water. Based on the untold true story of a defeated nobleman’s fight to regain his crown against England’s King Edward I, Outlaw King has enough chainmail, battles, and violence to hold us over until Game of Thrones returns in 2019.
