Take, for example, his favorite piece of gear. It’s not a supercar or a yacht, but a pair of shades. They’re not just for style points; he admits that wouldn’t see very well without them. Does even the idea of cooking dinner make you anxious? Evans can relate. While some leading men are also pros in the kitchen, he’s quick to point out that he’s not one of them. Even so, there is one dish that he’s always happy to whip up: pesto eggs. “I don’t know if you’ve ever had pesto eggs, but if you haven’t, you’re missing out,” he said.
