Leentu has built two pop-up campers and are taking pre-orders for what they call “The world’s most lightweight and aerodynamic pop-up camper.” The Leentu Camper (MSRP $10,295) is an ultra-lightweight tailored composite camper shell featuring a durable sandwich construction with integrated weatherproof tent — And it weighs in at 150 pounds. The Leentu Carbon Camper (MSRP $13,995) is made with a Nomex Honeycomb sandwich construction with integrated weatherproof tent, weighing in at only 100 pounds.

Set-up can be done with only two people and is said to be relatively easy. Features of both models include a weatherproof, marine-grade tent with zippered windows, USB charging ports, six feet of standing room, LED lighting, solar pre-wiring, a stowaway loft bed with high-density foam mattress and a hinged full-height rear-door with an integrated folding table. And what’s more, you can score a 20-percent discount if you place a preorder. Considering the Leentu campers make it easier and simpler to outfit your rig with a pop-up camper, these are definitely a win. And Leentu has also said they are open to making pop-up campers for other vehicles if the market demands it.
