Last summer it seemed like every brand had special-edition gear to benefit the US National Parks and public lands, to honor the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service. Now a year later, Brooks still isn’t done celebrating. The running apparel and shoe company just launched their latest collection in support of public lands, donating five percent of the wholesale cost of each piece in the new National Parks Collection to the National Park Foundatio, up to $50K.

The new line features five pairs of limited-edition Cascadia 12 trail running shoes and technical shirts, and even socks with different colorways and official National Park stamps honoring some of the most popular and iconic parks. One design is colored in rich forest green and muted navy blue and is complete with a crest of the National Parks founding date on the heel as a nod to the look of park ranger’s uniforms.

Other pairs of the collection include a Yellowstone edition, splashed with vivid turquoise, goldenrod, and lava-like red to mimic the iconic hot springs of the park; the Great Smokey Mountains edition, covered in shades of red and orange inspired by the sunsets of Tennessee; the Yosemite edition, which features a blue, green, and granite colorway that resembles the creeks, meadows, and rock walls of the park; and the Rainier edition, complete with grey and icy blue tones that harken the infamous glaciers and fog that envelop the snow-capped volcano. The Brooks Cascadia 12 trail shoe is one that belongs out in the wild lands, too. It fits the bill for most runners who want to hit the backcountry trails, with a lug pattern molded into the outsole so you can grip any type of terrain — from slippery creek beds to rocky scrambles above the treeline and root-riddled soft dirt trails. The toebox is wide enough to allow your toes to splay correctly and keep your feet stable and comfortable regardless of the day’s mileage. The new National Parks collection is being offered exclusively through REI, in stores and online. Footwear is currently retailing at $130 and the accompanying running tee-shirts sell for $34 a pop.
