Courtesy Image Nike Yoga Collection Nike’s edging into the yoga space with its first collection of apparel curated specifically for the discipline. They’re keeping it hedged under the umbrella of training, though, framing it as a way to help athletes level-up and work out more holistically, using athletes like Kevin Love, Larry Fitzgerald, and Khalil Mack to model the collection and discuss the role yoga has on their sport performance. Sweat-wicking jersey fabrics and elastic waistbands are hallmarks of the “Enhance Your Training With Yoga Collection”. The training pants ($65; nike.com) are tapered and boast a roomy gusset to let you flow freely into moves like Warrior II; they’re also zipper-free, so nothing will dig into your back if you’re lying down. The 3/4 tights ($50; nike.com) have a ribbed inset along the lower back to provide greater breathability and give on forward folds and back bends. Pair them with the shorts (coming soon) for greater coverage. They’ve got a slim, straight cut that’ll actually stay in place during inversions. On top, you can choose from a long-hemmed tee ($50; nike.com) and a tank with a dropped back hem ($45; nike.com)—design elements that keep your shirt from riding up. There’s also a full-zip hoodie ($75; nike.com) and pullover hoodie ($65; nike.com) perfect for warmups and cool downs. The collection doesn’t necessarily target the throngs of Lululemon, Alo Yoga, and Manduka devotees, but rather guys who are beginning to add yoga into their regimen. Courtesy image Biscayners Sunglasses If you’re in the mood for a new pair of shades, but not wanting to break the bank, allow me to introduce you to Biscayners. This Miami-based company creates technically superior glasses that’ll work on the high seas, or just tooling around town. We love the look of the Matheson, which has a stay-put rubber texture and polarizing lenses. Another covetable model, Cape, is half-off, so you may want to buy two pairs in case one goes overboard. Tracksmith Tracksmith VC Henley Performance gear that doesn’t sacrifice on style is something of a holy grail these days, with lots of companies vying to make apparel that can handle lots of movement—and the sweat that comes with it—while also looking good, too. The Tracksmith VC Henley does a great job of striking that balance. Its soft, breathable mesh fabric kept me dry and comfortable on a hike through LA’s Runyon Canyon last weekend, and with its classic styling (I love that tricolor elastic cuff on the sleeves), it kept me from looking like a schlub while grabbing post-hike drinks. — Michael Charboneau, Contributor [$58; tracksmith.com]

Janji’s 1/4 zip pullover is a buttery soft mid-layer with a wind-blocking knit on the front that helps dull the chill of blustery weather, day or night. To keep you from overheating, there’s a mesh back for blissful airflow once you get warmed up. Courtesy image Gaia Golden Milk Lots of people are giving up things around this time of year: booze, carbs, refined sugar—Fortnite maybe—usually for a given amount of time. That’s because giving up things is hard. Adding things is less of a lift, and more sustainable. And I’m under the belief that if you add more good stuff, it tends to crowd out the bad. So for an afternoon lift, instead of a second (OK, third) cup of coffee, I’m stirring up a mug of Gaia Golden Milk. It gets its golden hue from turmeric, which studies show may decrease post-workout inflammation, plus cardamom, which helps the digestive system.
